Globely ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
how we handle information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
Globely is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal information to provide you
with the best experience:
• Data you provide: Names, locations, and time zones of people you add to the app. This data
is stored locally on your device only.
• No account required: We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal
information such as your email, phone number, or name to use Globely.
• No automatic collection: We do not automatically collect any information about you or your
device.
How Your Data is Stored
All data you enter into Globely—including names, locations, and time zones—is stored locally on
your device using secure on-device storage. We do not transmit, collect, or store your data on any
external servers. Your information never leaves your device.
The Globely home screen widget accesses your data through Apple's secure App Groups feature,
which allows the app and widget to share data locally on your device without any network
transmission.
Data We Do NOT Collect
We want to be completely transparent. Globely does not collect:
• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs

• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Usage analytics, behavioral data, or tracking information
• Data from your contacts, address book, or calendar
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Any information transmitted to external servers
Third-Party Services
Globely does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking
tools. We do not share any information with third parties because we do not collect any information.
There are no SDKs, trackers, or external services embedded in the app.
Children's Privacy
Globely does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of
age. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app is safe and appropriate for users of all
ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar
regulations worldwide.
Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information.
You can delete your data at any time by:
• Removing individual entries within the app by swiping left on any person
• Deleting the app from your device, which removes all associated data
When you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device. There is no backup
on our servers because we do not have servers that store your data.
Security
Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption and
biometric authentication (if enabled). Since data never leaves your device, there is no risk of server
breaches or unauthorized remote access to your information.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal,
operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new
Privacy Policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We
encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
