Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Globely mobile application
(the "App") operated by Huddler Inc. ("us," "we," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Globely, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App. These Terms constitute
a legally binding agreement between you and Huddler Inc.
2. Description of Service
Globely is a personal utility application that allows you to track and view time zones for people and
places you care about. The App displays local times based on standard time zone data and
includes a home screen widget for quick reference.
3. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own
or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by
Huddler Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and
other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or
service without our prior written consent.
5. User Data
You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App. All data is stored locally on your device
and is not transmitted to us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and
any data stored on it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle
data.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES
OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other
harmful components. Time zone data is provided for informational purposes only and may not
reflect real-time changes to local time laws, daylight saving time adjustments, or other factors that
may affect actual local times.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
HUDDLER INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App exceed
the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huddler Inc. and its officers, directors,
employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses
arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any
reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will
immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your
device.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify
you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate,
providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your
acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North
Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under
these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buncombe
County, North Carolina.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck
and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and
Huddler Inc. regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
